Scholarship Rules and Regulations
Late notice of absence is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties unless a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided. Total of (6) sick leaves are accepted annually.
1. Attendance Policy- Players must attend all training sessions, matches, and official events as scheduled.
- If absences exceed 50% of scheduled activities in any given month without valid justification, the scholarship/st will be withdrawn for the current month.
- Excused absences must be supported by valid documentation (e.g., medical report, school note) and approved.
- Repeated unexcused absences may result in permanent termination of the scholarship.
- Players must demonstrate discipline, respect, and professionalism on and off the court.
- Any misconduct (e.g., fighting, substance abuse, disrespect to coaches or teammates) will lead to disciplinary action.
- Scholarships are granted based on merit and potential. Players are expected to:
- Show consistent effort during training.
- Exhibit a growth mindset and positive attitude.
- Participate actively in all team responsibilities.
- Injured players must report to the coach or medical staff immediately.
- Players must attend rehab or physiotherapy sessions if assigned.
- Injury does not affect scholarship eligibility (medical report is needed) unless the player is absent without communicating.
- Players must represent the team/academy positively on social media.
- Any posts or interactions that damage the reputation of the academy may result in disciplinary actions.
- Players must attend all sessions in proper team gear.
- Repeated failure to follow dress code may lead to warnings and scholarship suspension.
- Scholarships are reviewed monthly or quarterly based on:
- Attendance
- Attitude
- Performance
- Discipline
- The academy reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any scholarship at any time.
